Beginner to Badass Season 3 Has Two Heads 😀😀

Trump would say Season 1 was huuuge. I would say Season 2 was hardy. You can say Season 3 will be hamazing. Beginner to Badass Season 3 begins Tuesday, January 8th. We're adding a head! 😀😀 And we're adding a Badass Party at the end.

Brief

We’ll take you from beginner to badass in six weeks, providing you with all the knowledge needed to get stronger, fitter, faster. This series saves newbies time and coin by learning how to climb right the first time. It also proves helpful for seasoned climbers looking to shake off the rust and get back into bouldering.

Instructors

Once taught by one now taught by two. This two headed monster of instructors are Cory Berry and Laura DeFrain. Cory's a smart engineer and smarter climber. He's genuine and a pleasure to listen to. Laura's a fitness manager and people flock to her. She's especially skilled at helping shorter climbers. Both Cory and Laura are huge bouldering nerds, which I think make the best teachers.

Logistics

NOSOTROS members participate free for the duration of the six classes. Those who are not members can reserve their spot by paying $25 for the clinic on our SHOP page. After payment, you are automatically enrolled. Once classes start, non-members will just need to purchase passes for each time we meet. You can get a Day Pass each Tuesday for $11.99. You can get a 10 Punch, that will cover all six classes - and then some - for $89. Or you can get one of our membership offerings that'll grant you unlimited climbing. Climbing shoes are $3 if you need to rent a pair. If you're looking to buy a pair, The Backpacker's Shop in Sheffield, REI in Beachwood, or SierraTradingPost.com, are all good.

Time

Each class lasts an hour from 7-8p. Classmates are welcome to come before 7p to warm up and stay after 8p to use what they learned. If you ever have to miss a class, you can always come early or stay late to the next class to make-up what you missed.

Urgency

27 reservations were made within the first three days Season 1 was available. We capped Season 2 at 20 and all 20 reservations were made within the first two days Season 2 was available. Demand is high and supply is low. If you're on the fence, I'd register sooner rather than later. Slots fill fast. Pull the trigger.

Closing

If you're a NOSOTROS member who'd like to join, email us at goNOSOTROS@gmail.com and we'll add you to the headcount. If you're not a member, reserve your spot here.
