We're Hiring 10 Volunteers & There Are 6 Benefits

As you know, NOSOTROS is one of two 501(c)3 community-centered nonprofit rock climbing gyms in America. Our vision, mission and goal is centered around improving relationships. We have four initiatives in place. Our physical and faithful initiatives are alive and well as evidenced by our climbing wall and prayer request wall. Our mental and social initiatives are soon to come with our book clubs and community service projects starting shortly. As we prepare for summer, NOSOTROS has 10 opportunities for 10 volunteers and there will be definite benefits.

Below is the 5 types of volunteers we're looking for:

1. Desk Smiler

Manage gym desk. Handle cash. Smile often. Increase customer experience. Be 12 out of 10 polite. Introduce yourself to people. Maintain good vibes. Be 2 out of 10 awkward

2. Marketing Matador

Manage our IG, FB and Snaps. If you don’t know what these abbreviations are – you may not be ready for this

3. Videography Viking

Film gym highlights. Collect b-roll. Be detail oriented. Edit footage. Craft promotional videos. Cameras and iMovie can be provided if needed

4. Fashion Design Ninja

Artfully arrange new t-shirt designs

5. Neat Freak

Come to the gym at the end of the night to sweep and mop for approximately 30 minutes

Benefits

As the gym is new and our 501(c)3 budget has already been set for 2018, these opportunities are unpaid and will not turn into employment. However, we are able to exchange work benefits:

1. Free bouldering at NOSOTROS Rock Climbing Gym

2. Free admission at Play:CLE on Tuesdays through Fridays

3. One free guest pass per day for a first time visitor to try out NOSOTROS

4. Discounted climbing equipment

5. Resume building and one solid reference for your next job

6. Freedom to volunteer only one day a week if need be
