One-Month Anniversary This Saturday Will Be a 15-Hour Fiesta
We launched on March 8th. We were supposed to have a one-month celebration on April 8th. But if you've been tracking with us, you know that things have been wild.
On this Saturday, April 28th we'll be having an all day party observing 30+ days in business. Below is what the day will deliver:
Bedhead @ 9a
Roll off your mattress, skip the Saturday shower and hit the holds. We'll open per usual at 9a. Whoever takes the funniest gym selife in their jammies wins a Day Pass and a box of popcorn!
Surprise Snack @ 12p
We've been talking with a couple local restaurants. It'll be a surprise who shows up and shows out with free eats. We've got popcorn for your side dish!
Paint @ 1p
Starting at 1p and ending at 3p, Dolores Bebble-Knaak with Morning Lori Art in Lakewood will be helping kids paint. Youth aged 3 to 12ish can paint while their parents/guardians/older siblings can climb. Kids will be painting a simplified Bob Ross style mountain scene using basic shapes. $20 fee includes paint class, paint supplies and one climbing day pass. Surprise Snack @ 5p
Free food and popcorn from 5-6p! It could be from Pier W. It could be from Papa Johns. We'll have to see!
Game @ 6p
We're having a rock, paper, scissors showdown. You've never seen this version before. Winner gets a free Day Pass and a box of popcorn!
DJ @ 7p
For two hours - from 7-9p - we'll have a DJ play pop and throw popcorn all while the gym will be darker than usual! Ooooohhhhhh. Bring a headlamp if you're serious.
Wigs @ 11p
For the last hour of the night from 11p to midnight we'll be playing 80's classics. Wear a wig and dress like a rock star. Can you guess what the best costume wins?

*Some of you have been asking about events coming up. This is it. Bring your friends, family, coworkers, neighbors because we're having a blowout. Our whole Western Hemisphere Wall has been reset. The Great Wall of Pine-uh has clean holds, fresh tape, added volumes, new problems.The first climber to conquer each route gets to name it. Bring your pen and your heart! We've been open for a month! We're having a 15-hour fiesta!
