Their strength to weight ratio must be key. That's the only way I can figure this out. If you go climbing, expect your children to whoop you.
Climbing Can Help
The physical gains of climbing are obvious. It gets its appeal from its results. Though have you considered the other benefits? Mentally, one’s mind is said to benefit from the problem solving this sport demands. Socially, climbing provides laughter and encouragement. Relationally, it builds trust and togetherness. Part of the reason I'm doing this thing is so I can have a place to hang with my own kids. Honest. Climbing does a whole lot that's good.
