Should We Cut the Blog and Do a Vlog? Need Feedback!

One
There's literally one quote that I remember from high school. It was something my 10th-grade math teacher would say, Mr. Bulgrin. "If you don't like something, change it". It sounds simple. That's because it is.
Busy
The blog has been good. Our daily posts have been consistent. Our daily readership has not. Some days yield 30 visits. Others yield 300. Though we've generated decent traction over the last two months and 10 days.

However, things are getting busy. Two days ago I wrote about my to-do list for starting a nonprofit. We also have a separate to-do list for building the gym. And a separate to-do list for marketing the gym. And all this comes secondary to Amanda and the babies. If you add a blog - that takes a guy like me 45 minutes to write each day - things are busy.
Dude
I called my dude, Chris Mercado, who runs Quixotic Media Productions LLC. He laughed. "It's easy when your business is small, you can just pivot." Chris pretty much said if you don't like something, change it. He's been talking to Bulgrin. Chris had three suggestions for improving our process.
Suggestion One: 7x to 3x per week
We've been pumping out 7 blogs per week for the past two+ months. Does a blog per day lose its novelty? Currently, we've got Meme Monday, Business Tuesday, Husbandry Wednesday, Randumb Thursday, Fatherhood Friday, Shareable Saturday and Faithful Sunday. Could we boil this down to a 3x per week schedule? Maybe re-frame into Rock Gym Monday, Family Wednesday and Fall Short Friday?
The new Rock Gym Monday could cover the material that I've been writing for Meme Monday and Business Tuesday
The new Family Wednesday could cover the material that I've been writing for Husbandry Wednesday and Fatherhood Friday
The new Fall Short Friday could cover the remaining. The idea behind Fall Short Friday is relevance. Readership increases every time I share struggles. I don't know if it makes me relatable or you just like juicy fail-stories? Probably the latter. Nevertheless, people engage most when I talk about falling short. And I fall short often, so this would be an easy topic to cover
In summary, Chris suggested distilling our 7 posts per week to 3.
Suggestion Two: Blog to Vlog
Chris asked how many blogs I read on a daily basis. I said few. He asked how many videos I watch. I said more. He asked, instead of spending 45 minutes writing a blog, what do you think about spending 5 minutes doing a vlog? Then using that 40 minutes of saved time elsewhere? I pushed back. The thought of consistently holding a camera in front of my face puts me out of my comfort zone. And I told him that. Chis asked, "But would it work?"
In summary, Chris suggested changing our blog to a vlog.
Suggestion Three: Ask for Feedback
Chris ended by encouraging me to decree a Call to Action for feedback. Here's your part:
1. What do you think about distilling our content from 7x per week to 3x per week?
1a. What are your thoughts toward Rock Gym Monday, Family Wednesday, Fall-Short Friday?
1b. Do you prefer M, W, F posts or T, Th, Sa posts?
1c. Lastly, are you okay with these type of posts on off days?: "In case you missed yesterday's blog..."
2. What do you think about a vlog instead of a blog?
Conclusion
We're facing three possible options here. One, keep things the way they are. Two, change a little. Three, change a lot. I've got thoughts. I'd rather hear yours. I'm grateful for your feedback. If this process can be better, let's do it.
