Count it Exercise
Which town did you run around yesterday? For me, it was Lakewood. Which loved one did you do it for? For me, it was Amanda. Did you count all that as exercise? For me, I hit ten thousand steps. Count it.
Yesterday was our 5-year wedding anniversary. I thought I was going to strike out because I waited last minute to plan the day. Turns out, all went well. In baseball terms, I'd rate it a double. Why not a home run? I spent valuable time in the morning planning when I should've been with her. That takes points off. How did I end up getting a double? By making a game. Four glasses. Eight ideas. Several notecards. How does making a game get me a double? Amanda and the baby had a cold. All expectations dropped. Was their sickness a blessing or curse? Depends who you ask.
Call it Love
Below illustrates our anniversary. Breakfast and donut run, lunch and Gatorade run, dinner and Lakewood Park run, and a game called Sequence.

Practical Suggestions
Plan ahead. Especially your anniversary. Start now. Watch Shia LaBeouf for motivation
Schedule consistent date nights. Men take initiative
Exercise with your loved ones. If they're sick, exercise for your loved ones. Go drive and pick up food
